提升基层消防监督管理工作实效性的方法研究

摘　　要：随着城市化进程加快,基层消防监督管理面临重大挑战。为解决人员和资源配置不足、监督检查频率及范围有限、法规执行不力等问题,本文对当前基层消防监督管理工作进行深入研究。通过分析基层消防管理存在的不足之处,提出了一系列具体的改进措施,包括加强资源配备、扩大监督范围与提升检查频次、严格遵循法规并加大违规惩罚力度以及强化消防人员与公众的培训教育,以有效提升基层消防监督管理的实效性。With the acceleration of urbanization,grassroots fire supervision and management are facing major challenges.In order to solve the problems of insufficient personnel and resource allocation,limited frequency and scope of supervision and inspection,and poor implementation of laws and regulations,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the current grassroots fire supervision and management work.By analyzing the existing deficiencies,a series of specific improvement measures are proposed,including strengthening resource allocation,expanding the scope of supervision and increasing the frequency of inspections,strictly complying with laws and regulations and increasing penalties for violations,and strengthening the training and education of firefighters and the public,so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of grassroots fire supervision and management.
