摘　　要：基于地铁客运安全管理的基本内容,本文深入剖析了当前部分地区地铁客运安全管理工作存在的问题,包括安全管理体系不健全、安保工作人员责任意识淡薄、安全应急管理方案不完善、安检工作执行不严以及地铁客运设备维护保养不足等。针对这些问题,本文明确指出,应结合地铁客运的实际情况,制定完善的安全监督管理机制和安全风险应急预案,重视工作人员安全责任意识和风险应对能力的培养,加强人工智能技术的引入和应用,并强化设备检查与维护。通过多方面、全方位地开展地铁客运安全管理工作,提高地铁客运安全管理的整体水平,有效控制安全风险事故的发生几率,确保地铁客运的安全平稳运行,从而为乘客日常出行提供更优质的乘车服务。Based on the basic content of subway passenger safety management,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the safety management of subway passenger transport,including the imperfect safety management system,the weak sense of responsibility of security staff,the imperfect safety emergency management plan,the lax implementation of security inspection,and the insufficient maintenance of subway passenger equipment.In view of these problems,this paper clearly points out that it is necessary to formulate a sound safety supervision and management mechanism and safety risk emergency plan based on the actual situation of subway passenger transport,pay attention to the cultivation of staff safety responsibility awareness and risk response ability,strengthen the introduction and application of artificial intelligence technology,and strengthen equipment inspection and maintenance.By carrying out the safety management of subway passenger transport in various aspects and in an all-round way,we can improve the overall level of subway passenger safety management,effectively control the probability of safety risk accidents,and ensure the safe and stable operation of subway passenger transport,so as to provide better passenger services for daily travel.
