基层公共卫生服务信息化存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：本文通过探讨公共卫生信息学在应对全球公共卫生挑战中的重要性,概述基层公共卫生信息化建设的发展历程与现状,包括加拿大、美国、英国等国的先进经验以及我国在此领域的进展,指出基层公共卫生信息化建设存在的问题,比如系统建设存在漏洞、信息安全保障不足以及信息更新滞后等,提出了优化基层公共卫生服务信息化的对策,包括重视公共卫生服务信息化建设、确保数据信息的实时更新、提升信息安全保障能力以及健全管理制度,以期构建一个高效、安全、可扩展的公共卫生信息化体系,为公共卫生服务提供有力支撑。This paper discusses the importance of public health informatics in addressing global public health challenges,summarizes the development process and current status of grassroots public health informatization,including the advanced experience of Canada,the United States,the United Kingdom and other countries and the progress of China in this field,and points out the existing problems in grassroots public health informatization construction,such as the loopholes in system construction,insufficient information security and lagging information update.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures to optimize the informatization of public health services at the grassroots level,including attaching importance to the informatization construction of public health services,ensuring the real-time update of data and information,improving the ability of information security and improving the management system,in order to build an efficient,safe and scalable public health informatization system and provide strong support for public health services.
