摘　　要：为了解珠海市现有独立口腔诊疗机构辐射防护工作现状,本文以珠海市现有独立口腔诊疗机构为调查对象,采用分层随机抽样方式选取69家,采用TOPSIS法对各区县独立口腔诊疗机构辐射防护现状进行综合分析、评价和排序。数据分析结果表明,69家独立口腔诊疗机构放射防护用品种类配备符合国家标准,但存在过量防护的情况。珠海市辖区内各区县独立口腔机构辐射防护工作现状排序依次为金湾区、香洲区、斗门区,主要影响因素包括工作强度、防护用品种类配备和人员配备。本次抽样调查的结果可以为放射卫生开展监督和管理等相关工作提供参考和借鉴。In order to understand the current status of radiation protection work in independent dental clinics in Zhuhai,69 independent dental clinics in Zhuhai were selected through stratified random sampling.TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively analyze,evaluate and rank the radiation protection status of independent dental clinics in each district and county.The data analysis results show that the types of radiation protective equipment equipped in 69 independent dental diagnosis and treatment institutions meet national standards,but there are cases of excessive protection.The current status of radiation protection work in independent dental institutions in various districts and counties within the jurisdiction of Zhuhai City is as follows:Jinwan District,Xiangzhou District,and Doumen District.The main influencing factors include work intensity,types of protective equipment and personnel allocation.The results of this sampling survey can provide reference and inspiration for the supervision and management of radiation health and other related work.
