摘  要:目的构建多维度指标的疾控中心实验室生物安全防护设施效能评估体系,为疾控中心实验室安全防护设施评价提供依据。方法通过文献综述和专家咨询构建指标体系,利用德尔菲法对17位相关领域专家进行2轮咨询,运用层次分析法确定各指标的最终权重。结果2轮问卷的有效回收率分别为88.24%、100.00%;专家权威系数分别为0.894、0.905;专家咨询协调系数(ω)分别为0.215~0.303、0.238~0.310(P均<0.01),最终形成4个准则层指标[管理指标(0.221)、环境指标(0.161)、设备指标(0.405)、人员指标(0.213)]和12个指标层指标,并确定了各指标的相对权重。结论该体系的构建过程综合遵循科学性、全面性和可操作性原则,涵盖多方面的指标,为提高疾控中心实验室生物安全防护水平提供了科学依据和有效方法。Objective The effectiveness evaluation system of biosafety protection facilities in Centers for Disease Con‐trol and Prevention(CDC)laboratories with multi-dimensional indicators was constructed to provide a basis for the evaluation of biosafety protection facilities in CDC laboratories.Methods The index system was constructed through lit‐erature review and expert consultation.Two rounds of consultation were conducted with seventeen experts in related fields by Delphi method,and the final weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 88.24%and 100.00%,respectively.The authority coef‐ficients were 0.894 and 0.905,respectively.The coordination coefficients(ω)of expert consultation were 0.215-0.303 and 0.238-0.310(both P<0.01),respectively.Finally,four criteria layer indexes[management index(0.221),environ‐mental index(0.161),equipment index(0.405),personnel index(0.213)]and 12 index layer indexes were formed,and the relative weight of each index was determined.Conclusion The construction process of the system comprehensively follows the principles of scientificity,comprehensiveness and operability,covering a wide range of indicators,which pro‐vides a scientific basis and effective method for improving the level of biosafety protection in the laboratory of CDC.
