摘　　要：目的探究消毒供应中心应用全程质控管理对提高管理质量的效果。方法选取兰陵县人民医院消毒供应中心2022年5月—2024年6月的15名工作人员作为研究对象。2022年5月—2023年5月开展基础管理作为基础组。2023年6月—2024年6月开展全程质控管理,作为研究组。两组各选取80份器械数据作为观察主体。比较两组管理质量、器械质量、工作人员满意度。结果研究组管理质量中服务态度(95.12±1.33)分、操作方法(94.87±1.46)分、工作效率(94.65±1.32)分及主观意识(95.06±1.47)分,均高于基础组的(90.02±2.01)分、(89.97±1.94)分、(90.15±1.87)分、(90.20±1.85)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.195,7.816,7.614,7.966;P均<0.05)。研究组器械质量中回收、清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌及发放合格率均高于基础组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组工作人员满意度高于基础组。结论全程质控管理能够提高消毒供应中心工作人员的管理质量,加强机械清洗消毒灭菌质量,改善工作人员满意度,具有重要的临床借鉴价值。Objective To explore the effect of whole process quality control management on improving management quality in central sterile supply department.Methods A total of fifteen staff members of the Disinfection Supply Cen‐ter of Lanling County People's Hospital from May 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.The basic management was carried out from May 2022 to May 2023 as the basic group.From June 2023 to June 2024,the whole quality control management was carried out as the research group.Each group selected eighty pieces of device data as the main body of observation.The quality of management,equipment quality and staff satisfaction were compared be‐tween the two groups.Results In the management quality of the research group,the scores of service attitude,opera‐tion method,work efficiency and subjective consciousness were 95.12±1.33,94.87±1.46,94.65±1.32 and 95.06±1.47,respectively,which were higher than 90.02±2.01,89.97±1.94,90.15±1.87,90.20±1.85 of the basic group,and the dif‐ferences were statistically significant(t=8.195,7.816,7.614,7.966;all P<0.05).The qualified rates of equipment re‐covery,cleaning,disinfection,packaging,sterilization and distribution in the research group were higher than those in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The staff satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the basic group.Conclusion The whole process quality control management can improve the management quality of the staff in the central sterile supply department,strengthen the quality of mechanical cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,and improve the satisfaction of the staff,which has important clinical reference value.
