摘　　要：目的分析全程质控管理对消毒供应室管理质量的影响。方法选取2023年1月—2024年6月南京市溧水区中医院消毒供应室的15名工作人员为研究对象,840份器械为观察主体。根据不同管理模式分为两组,2023年1月—2023年9月实施传统质量管理为对照组,其中420份器械;2023年10月—2024年6月实施全程质控管理为观察组,其中420份器械,两组人员为同一批。比较两组管理质量、器械合格率和其他科室满意度。结果观察组工作人员清洁质量、消毒质量、检查管理质量分别(97.77±2.15)分、(97.31±2.44)分、(98.36±1.61)分,优于对照组的(86.92±5.82)分、(88.31±5.73)分、(87.29±6.04)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.773,5.597,6.859;P均<0.05)。观察组器械回收、清洗消毒、包装、灭菌、发放的合格率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作人员对管理模式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程质控管理模式可提升消毒供应室管理水平,提高器械合格率。Objective The influence of whole-process quality control management on the management quality in dis‐infection supply room was analyzed.Methods From January 2023 to June 2024,fifteen staff members in the Depart‐ment of Disinfection Supply of Nanjing Lishui District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and 840 instruments were the observation subjects.According to different management modes,they were divided into two groups.From January 2023 to September 2023,the traditional quality management was imple‐mented as the control group,including 420 instruments;from October 2023 to June 2024,the whole process quality control management was implemented as the observation group,including 420 instruments,and the two groups were the same batch.The management quality,equipment qualification rate and satisfaction of other departments were com‐pared between the two groups.Results The scores of cleaning quality,disinfection quality and inspection management quality of the staff in the observation group were 97.77±2.15,97.31±2.44 and 98.36±1.61,respectively,which were better than 86.92±5.82,88.31±5.73 and 87.29±6.04 in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi‐cant(t=6.773,5.597,6.859;all P<0.05).The qualified rate of equipment recovery,cleaning and disinfection,packag‐ing,sterilization and distribution in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the differ‐ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process quality control management mode can improve the management level of disinfection supply department and improve the quali‐fied rate of instruments.
