摘　　要：本文以高质量发展背景下县级妇幼保健院人才培养的必要性为切入点,从实践角度出发分析探讨优化建议,分别就明确人才培养目标、优化培养课程设计、加强工作组织管理以及采用阶段培养模式等内容进行论述,以服务县级医院人才培养模式建设,为其综合发展提供参考。This paper takes the necessity of talent training in county-level maternal and child health hospitals under the background of high-quality development as the starting point.It analyzes and discusses the optimization sugges‐tions from the practical point of view,and discusses the objectives of talent training,the optimization of training cur‐riculum design,the strengthening of work organization and management and the adoption of stage training mode,so as to serve the construction of talent training mode in county-level hospitals and provide reference for their comprehen‐sive development.
