质量控制小组管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究在手术室护理管理中质量控制小组管理模式应用的价值。方法选取湖北省中医院的32名手术室护理人员为研究对象,2022年5月—2023年5月给予常规管理模式,设为常规组;2023年6月—2024年6月实施质量控制小组管理模式,设为研究组。两组人员为同一批。对比两组护理人员的专业能力、工作质量评分、不良事件发生情况。结果常规组护理人员专业能力评分总分为(90.12±1.25)分,低于研究组(93.89±1.33)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.684,P<0.05)。研究组手术室护理工作质量评分比常规组高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良事件发生件数少于常规组。结论在手术室护理管理中,引入质量控制小组管理模式,有助于提升护理工作质量与护士专业能力,有效预防不良事件的发生,从而保障手术室护理工作的顺利开展。Objective To explore the application value of quality control group management mode in operating room nursing management.Methods Thirty-two operating room nurses in Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into two groups:from May 2022 to May 2023,the routine management mode was given and set as the routine group;from June 2023 to June 2024,the quality control group management mode was implemented and set as the research group.The professional ability,work quality score and ad‐verse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of professional ability of nursing staff in the routine group was 90.12±1.25,which was lower than 93.89±1.33 in the study group,and the difference was statisti‐cally significant(t=11.684,P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the rou‐tine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The number of adverse events in the study group was less than that in the routine group.Conclusion In the nursing management of operating room,the introduc‐tion of quality control group management mode is helpful to improve the quality of nursing work and the professional ability of nurses,and effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse events,so as to ensure the smooth development of nursing work in operating room.
