门诊手术室护理安全管理模式的实施价值

摘　　要：目的研讨安全管理模式在门诊手术室护理管理中的实施效果。方法选取滕州市中医医院门诊手术室的7名护士为研究对象,2023年1—6月实施常规管理模式,作为参比组;2023年7—12月实施安全管理模式,作为研讨组,两组护士为同一批人员。比较两组的安全管理质量、满意度。结果研讨组的安全管理质量高于参比组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研讨组对工作环境(97.25±0.43)分、管理制度(96.80±0.61)分、工作流程(96.19±0.67)分、团队协作(97.54±0.48)分等满意度评分高于参比组的(96.06±0.58)分、(94.31±0.77)分、(93.97±0.92)分、(95.72±0.83)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.360,6.706,5.160,5.022;P均<0.05)。结论在门诊手术室护理中实施安全管理模式具有一定的可行性,可提高安全管理质量,护士对管理模式的满意度较高。Objective To study the effect of safety management mode in outpatient operating room nursing manage‐ment.Methods Seven nurses in the Outpatient Surgery Room of Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects,and the routine management mode was implemented from January to June 2023 as the reference group.The safety management model was implemented from July to December 2023 as research group,the two groups of nurses were the same group of personnel.The quality and satisfaction of safety management were compared between the two groups.Results The safety management quality of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the research group on working environment was 97.25±0.43,scores of management system was 96.80±0.61,scores of work process and team cooperation were 96.19±0.67 and 97.54±0.48,were higher than 96.06±0.58,94.31±0.77 and 93.97±0.92 and 95.72±0.83 of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.360,6.706,5.160,5.022;all P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to implement the safety management mode in outpatient operating room nursing,which can improve the quality of safety management and nurses have a high satisfaction with the man‐agement mode.
