摘  要:目的探究门诊护士应用人性化管理对改善护理质量和工作积极性的作用。方法选取寿光市人民医院在职的48名护士作为研究对象。2022年1月—2023年1月给予常规管理模式,设为基础组;2023年2月—2024年1月给予人性化管理模式,设为研究组。比较两组的护理质量、工作积极性和管理满意度。结果研究组护理质量中工作责任、应变能力、文书书写、实操能力及护患沟通评分均高于基础组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组工作积极性(95.41±1.37)分高于基础组(89.25±1.68)分,差异有统计学意义(t=19.687,P<0.05)。观察组管理满意度中管理方法、管理细节、管理效果及管理态度评分均高于基础组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论人性化管理能够提高门诊护士的护理质量,加强工作积极性和管理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of humanized management on improving nursing quality and work enthusi‐asm of outpatient nurses.Methods A total of forty-eight nurses in Shouguang People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.From January 2022 to January 2023,routine management mode was adopted,which was set as the basic group;from February 2023 to January 2024,the humanized management mode was adopted and set as the study group.The nursing quality,work enthusiasm and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of work responsibility,strain capacity,document writing,practical ability and nurse-patient communica‐tion in the nursing quality of the study group were higher than those of the basic group,and the differences were statis‐tically significant(all P<0.05).The work enthusiasm score of the study group was 95.41±1.37,higher than 89.25±1.68 of the basic group,the differences was statistically significant(t=19.687,P<0.05).The scores of management methods,management details,management effects and management attitudes in the management satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized management can improve the nursing quality of outpatient nurses,strengthen work enthusi‐asm and management satisfaction.
