摘 要:目的探讨在线咨询系统构建方法及在病房管理中的应用效果。方法选择寿光市圣城街道卫生院2021年8月—2023年7月23名医生为研究对象,根据时间段分为对照组(2021年8月—2022年7月)和观察组(2022年8月—2023年7月)。对照组病房采用常规方法进行病房管理,观察组构建在线咨询系统进行病房管理,比较两组管理质量、工作效率及医生满意度。结果观察组病房环境、互动交流、医疗设备使用、排床管理、隐私保护、医疗流程及服务质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组医生接诊量、平均接诊时间、在线交流、电子健康记录及评价服务评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组对于能提高工作效率100.00%(23/23)、能提升技能水平95.65%(22/23)、掌握沟通技能100.00%(23/23)、及时解答疑惑95.65%(22/23)及促进良好医患关系95.65%(22/23)的满意度高于对照组的82.61%(19/23)、73.91%(17/23)、78.26%(18/23)、69.57%(16/23)及73.91%(17/23),差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.381,4.212,5.610,5.447,4.212;P均<0.05)。结论成功构建在线咨询系统,用于病房管理中,能提高管理质量,提升医生的工作效率,可获得较高的管理满意度。Objective To explore the construction method of online consultation system and its application effect in ward management.Methods Twenty-three doctors from Shengcheng Street Health Center in Shouguang City from Au‐gust 2021 to July 2023 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group(from August 2021 to July 2022,)and observation group(from August 2022 to July 2023)according to the time period.The control group was managed by conventional methods,and the observation group constructed an online consultation system and used it in ward management.Compare the management quality,work efficiency and doctor satisfaction of the two groups.Re⁃sults The scores of ward environment,interactive communication,medical equipment use,bed arrangement manage‐ment,privacy protection,medical process and service quality in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The number of doctor visits,average visit time,on‐line communication,electronic health record and evaluation service score in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group with improving work efficiency 100.00%(23/23),improving skills 95.65%(22/23),mastering communication skills 100.00%(23/23),timely answering questions 95.65%(22/23)and promoting good doctor-patient relationship 95.65%(22/23)were higher than those of the control group 82.61%(19/23),73.91%(17/23),78.26%(18/23),69.57%(16/23),and 73.91%(17/23),and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.381,4.212,5.610,5.447,4.212;all P<0.05).Conclusion The successful construction of online consultation system for ward management can improve management quality,improve doctors'work efficiency,and obtain higher management satisfaction.
