精细化护理管理在神经外科护理工作中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的评价精细化护理管理在神经外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月—2024年6月莒南县人民医院神经外科的19名护理人员为研究对象,2023年7—12月行常规护理管理归为对照组,2024年1—6月行精细化护理管理归为精细化护理组。比较两组的工作质量、管理满意度。结果与对照组相比,精细化护理组专科护理、个性化护理、基础护理、安全管理、护理服务态度评分等工作质量均更优,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。精细化护理组的管理满意度评分为(4.37±0.18)分,高于对照组的(3.74±0.20)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=10.206,P<0.05)。结论实施精细化护理管理既能够提高神经外科护理人员对护理管理的满意度,也可提高护理质量。Objective To evaluate the application effect of refined nursing management in neurosurgery nursing man‐agement.Methods A total of nineteen nursing staff in the Neurosurgery Department of the Pelple's Hospital of Junan from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and routine nursing management from July to Decem‐ber 2023 was classified as the control group,while intensive nursing management from January to June 2024 was clas‐sified as the intensive nursing group.The work quality and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the work quality of specialty nursing,personalized nursing,basic nursing,safety management and nursing service attitude score in the refined nursing group was better,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of management satisfaction in the refined nursing group was 4.37±0.18,higher than 3.74±0.20 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.206,P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The implementation of refined nursing management can improve neurosurgical nursing staff's satisfaction with nursing management and improve nursing quality.
