摘　　要：本文通过对南方医科大学第十附属医院博士后培养的主要措施及成效进行阐述,分析当前博士后培养工作存在的问题,在优化博士后专业结构、加强博士后导师队伍建设、创新博士后培养模式等方面提出优化博士后培养的措施与建议。This paper expounds the main measures and effects of postdoctoral training in the Tenth Affiliated Hospi‐tal of Southern Medical University,analyzes the problems existing in the current postdoctoral training work,and puts forward measures and suggestions to optimize the postdoctoral training in terms of optimizing the postdoctoral profes‐sional structure,strengthening the construction of postdoctoral tutors,and innovating the postdoctoral training model.
