病案统计管理信息系统数据质量控制在医院病案管理中的效果

摘　　要：目的在医院工作中应用病案统计管理信息系统数据质量控制对医院病案管理的效果评价。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月日照市中心医院病案管理科的10名工作人员为研究对象。2022年1—12月进行常规病案管理(对照组),2023年1—12月进行病案统计管理信息系统数据质量控制管理(观察组)。各阶段均随机筛选3000份病案资料,对比两组录入错误率、工作质量评分。结果观察组中病案录入错误率为0.17%(5/3000),低于对照组中的0.67%(20/3000),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.038,P<0.05)。观察组工作质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论将病案统计管理信息系统数据质量控制管理方案应用于医院病案管理中,可提高病案录入准确率,提高工作质量。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of using the medical record statistical management information system for data quality control in hospital medical record management.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,ten staff members of the medical Record Management Department of Rizhao Central Hospital were selected as the research objects.Routine medical record management was carried out from January to December 2022(control group),and data quality control management of medical record statistics management information system was carried out from January to December 2023(observation group).3000 medical records were randomly selected in each stage.The input error rate and work quality score were compared between the two groups.Results The error rate of medical record entry in the observation group was 0.17%(5/3000),which was lower than 0.67%(20/3000)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.038,P<0.05).The scores of work quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion Applying the data quality control scheme of medical records statistics management information system to hospital medical records management can improve the accuracy of medical records entry and improve the quality of work.
