摘　　要：卫生管理档案的信息化建设已成为提升医疗质量管理水平的重要手段。本文以卫生管理档案信息化建设为切入点,首先阐述了卫生管理档案信息化的相关概念,介绍了信息系统通过数字化手段优化档案管理流程的优势,并结合人工智能等技术的应用,分析其在提高医疗质量中的关键作用;其次,从5个方面分析卫生管理档案信息化对医疗质量管理的具体影响:提升信息共享效率,优化医疗服务流程;强化数据安全防护,保障患者隐私权益;提高档案管理精准性,支撑科学决策分析;优化档案检索速度,减少医疗服务等待时间;实现数据动态更新,实时监控医疗质量管理。The information construction of health management archives has become an important means to improve the level of medical quality management.Taking the information construction of health management archives as the starting point,this paper first expounds the related concepts of health management archives information,introduces the advantages of information system to optimize the file management process through digital means,and analyzes its key role in improving the quality of medical care by combining the application of artificial intelligence and other tech‐nologies.Secondly,the paper analyzes the specific impact of health management file informatization on medical qual‐ity management from five aspects:Improve the efficiency of information sharing and optimize the medical service pro‐cess;Strengthen data security protection to protect patients'privacy rights;Improve the accuracy of archives manage‐ment and support scientific decision-making analysis;Optimize the speed of file retrieval and reduce the waiting time for medical services;Realize dynamic data update and real-time monitoring of medical quality management.
