大数据智能背景下两级三层的医院质量管理体系建设及应用

摘　　要：医疗质量与安全是医疗事业不断发展的关键,而大数据技术的出现为医疗质量与安全提供了可靠的技术保障。本研究通过分析大数据技术在两级三层医院质量管理的应用现状,明确当前大数据技术在管理思维与技能以及医院内部覆盖面等方面的不足;再通过探究大数据在医院质量管理中的意义,如可有效提高医院质量管理水平、排查与解决风险、从而促进医院高质量与可持续发展等,从而从院级决策层、职能控制层、科室执行层3个架构分析两级三层医院质量管理优化路径,最终提出强化医院信息管理服务、积极构建创新型主动式医疗服务模式、优化人工智能技术手段3项措施,以进一步推进医院的精细化管理。Medical quality and safety is the key to the continuous development of medical undertakings,and the emergence of big data technology provides a reliable technical guarantee for medical quality and safety.This study analyzes the application status of big data technology in the quality management of two-level and three-tier hospitals,and clarifies the shortcomings of big data technology in management thinking and skills and internal coverage of hospi‐tals.Then,by exploring the significance of big data in hospital quality management,such as effectively improving hos‐pital quality management level,checking and solving risks,so as to promote high quality and sustainable development of hospitals,this paper analyzes the optimization path of two-level and three-tier hospital quality management from three frameworks of hospital-level decision-making layer,function control layer and department execution layer,and finally puts forward three measures to strengthen hospital information management service,actively construct innova‐tive active medical service mode and optimize artificial intelligence technology means,so as to further promote the fine management of hospitals.
