摘 要:目的分析住院医师规范化培训中应用SOAP教学法的效果。方法选取2023年9月至2024年2月在天津市眼科医院接受规范化培训的住院医师20名为研究对象,采取常规模式开展培训工作,为对照组。选取2024年3至9月本院接受规范化培训的住院医师20名为研究对象,采取SOAP教学法开展培训工作,为观察组。比较两组教学满意度、综合能力。结果观察组教学方式评分(90.12±1.26)分、教学效果评分(90.62±1.03)分均高于对照组的(85.11±0.29)分、(85.07±0.33)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=17.329,22.948;P均<0.05)。观察组综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在住院医师规范化培训中使用SOAP教学法,有利于提高住院医师对教学效果满意度及住院医师的综合能力。Objective To analyze the effects of applying the SOAP pedagogy in the standardized training of residents.Methods Twenty residents who received standardized training of residents in Tianjin Eye Hospital from September 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and the conventional mode was adopted to carry out the training work as the control group.The twenty residents who received standardized training of residents in our hospital from March to September 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and the SOAP teaching method was adopted to carry out the training work,as the observation group.Compared the teaching satisfaction and comprehensive ability of the two groups.Results The scores of teaching style and teaching effect were 90.12±1.26 and 90.62±1.03 in the obser‐vation group,which were higher than 85.11±0.29 and 85.07±0.33 in the control group,and the differences were statis‐tically significant(t=17.329,22.948;both P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of SOAP pedagogy in standardized residency training is conducive to improving resident satisfaction with teaching effectiveness and the overall competence of residents.
