摘  要:目的探究基于多元教学反馈体系的外科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)方案的建立与实施效果。方法选取2023年9月至2024年8月山东第二医科大学附属医院80名外科住培医师为研究对象,并采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40名。两组均给予基础培训方法,对照组采用常规考核方法,观察组应用多元教学反馈体系。比较两组临床能力评分及满意度。结果观察组临床思维评分为(88.5±6.2)分、操作技能评分为(90.2±5.8)分、沟通能力评分为(89.7±5.5)分,均高于对照组的(82.3±7.1)分、(84.7±6.5)分、(83.9±6.3)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.124,4.067,4.356;P均<0.05)。观察组对培训满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于多元教学反馈体系在外科住院医师规范化培训中具有积极作用,可提高住培生临床能力及满意度。Objective To explore the establishment and implementation effect of standardized training program for surgical residents based on multiple teaching feedback system.Methods From September 2023 to August 2024,eighty surgical standardized training residents in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with forty cases in each group.Both groups were given basic training methods,the control group adopted conventional assessment methods,and the observation group applied multiple teaching feedback system.The clinical ability score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of clinical thinking,operational skills and communication skills in the observation group were 88.5±6.2,90.2±5.8 and 89.7±5.5,which were higher than 82.3±7.1,84.7±6.5 and 83.9±6.3 in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.124,4.067,4.356;all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multiple teaching feedback system plays a positive role in the standardized training of surgical residents,which can improve the clinical ability and satisfaction of residents.
