摘 要:目的探讨以问题为导向的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)与引导式反馈相结合的教学法在公共卫生实习教育中的实践效果。方法选取2023年7—12月于昆明市第三人民医院公共卫生科实习的20名实习生作为传统组,接受传统教学法;另选取2024年1—6月另一批20名实习生作为探究组,接受PBL结合引导式反馈教学法。比较两组教学效果。结果探究组实习生的理论知识掌握水平、实践技能掌握水平高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);探究组教学满意度100.00%(20/20)高于传统组70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.902;P<0.05)。结论PBL与引导式反馈相结合的教学法在公共卫生实习教育中,能够有效提升实习生的理论知识掌握水平、实践技能掌握水平及教学满意度。Objective To explore the practical effect of the pedagogy combining problem-based learning(PBL)and guided feedback in public health internship education.Methods Twenty interns who interned in the Department of Public Health of the Third People's Hospital of Kunming from July to December 2023 were selected as the traditional group to receive the traditional teaching method,and another group of twenty interns from January to June 2024 were selected as the exploratory group to receive PBL combined with guided feedback teaching method.The teaching ef‐fects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge mastery level and practical skill mastery level of the exploratory group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically sig‐nificant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the exploratory group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.902;P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The combination of PBL and guided feedback teaching method in public health internship education can effec‐tively improve interns'theoretical knowledge mastery level,practical skills mastery level and teaching satisfaction.
