摘　　要：目的探究传染病预防中实施预防管理的价值。方法选取烟台市芝罘区凤凰台街道社区卫生服务中心12名医护人员作为研究对象,2023年10月至2024年3月行常规管理(常规组),2024年4至9月行预防管理(管理组),分析两组的管理质量、对传染病的知晓情况以及满意度。结果管理组的预警管理、宣教管理、控制管理、应急管理、防范管理等管理质量均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理组对传染病的知晓情况和管理满意度均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论预防管理可提升医护人员对传染病预防的认知情况,提升预防质量和管理满意度。Objective To explore the value of preventive management in the prevention of infectious diseases.Meth⁃ods Twelve medical staff from Fenghuangtai Street Community Health Service Center,Zhifu District,Yantai City were selected as the study subjects.They were subjected to routine management(routine group)from October 2023 to March 2024 and preventive management(management group)from April to September 2024.The quality of manage‐ment,knowledge of infectious diseases and satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The management quality of early warning management,education management,control management,emergency management and pre‐vention management in the management group were better than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The knowledge of infectious diseases and management satisfaction of the management group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive management can improve the cognition of the medical staff on the prevention of infectious diseases,improve the quality of prevention and management satisfaction.
