摘　　要：目的调查深圳市某综合性三甲医院2019—2023年连续5年环境卫生监测结果,分析其变化规律,以提升医院环境卫生监测管理水平。方法前瞻性连续5年调查深圳市某综合性三甲医院的环境卫生监测合格率,并进行纵向对比分析。结果2019—2023年,物表监测合格率相对稳定;口腔用水监测及手卫生消毒监测合格率明显波动,而空气培养监测和污水监测合格率逐年提升。使用中的消毒液、灭菌器、软式内镜、血液透析液及医用织物合格率连续4年保持100.00%。环境卫生监测整体合格率在最近5年有所提升。结论医院环境卫生监测的整体合格率逐步提升,但物表和口腔用水监测合格率波动较大,需重点关注。Objective The results of environmental health monitoring in a comprehensive tertiary hospital in Shen‐zhen from 2019 to 2023 were investigated for five consecutive years,and the changing rules were analyzed to improve the level of environmental health monitoring and management in hospitals.Methods The qualified rate of environmen‐tal health monitoring in a comprehensive tertiary hospital in Shenzhen was prospectively investigated for 5 consecutive years,and the longitudinal comparative analysis was carried out.Results From 2019 to 2023,the qualified rate of sur‐face monitoring was relatively stable;the qualified rate of oral water monitoring and hand hygiene disinfection monitor‐ing fluctuated significantly,while the qualified rate of air culture monitoring and sewage monitoring increased year by year.The qualification rate of disinfectants,sterilizers,flexible endoscopes,hemodialysis fluids and medical fabrics in use has been maintained at 100.00%for 4 consecutive years.The overall qualified rate of environmental health moni‐toring has improved in the past five years.Conclusion The overall qualified rate of hospital environmental health monitoring has been gradually improved,but the qualified rate of surface and oral water monitoring fluctuates greatly,which needs to be focused on.
