摘　　要：基层预防接种是确保儿童健康成长的重要途径,提高基层预防接种工作意义重大。本文以基层预防接种存在的问题入手,对工作人员综合能力不足、宣传力度不高、管理规范性有待加强、接种支持力度有限、信息化建设水平较低、监管机制不完善等问题,提出了相应的管理措施,即强化基层预防接种人员培训力度、加强预防接种重要性宣传、实施规范化管理、加大支持力度、提高信息化建设水平、完善监管机制,从而为基层预防接种工作高质量高水平展开奠定基础。Grassroots vaccination is an important way to ensure the healthy growth of children,and improving the work of grassroots vaccination is of great significance.This article starts with the problems existing in grassroots vacci‐nation,and proposes corresponding management measures to address issues such as insufficient comprehensive abili‐ties of staff,low publicity efforts,need to strengthen management norms,limited vaccination support,low level of infor‐mation construction,and imperfect regulatory mechanisms.These measures include strengthening training for grass‐roots vaccination personnel,promoting the importance of vaccination,implementing standardized management,in‐creasing support,improving information construction level,and perfecting regulatory mechanisms,thus laying the foun‐dation for high-quality and high-level grassroots vaccination work.
