医院感染管理执行难的原因及对策

摘　　要：医院感染管理的执行情况会对医院感染管理的效果造成直接影响,因此想要提升医院感染管理质量与效果,就需要对医院感染管理执行力进行提升。本研究分析发现对医院感染管理工作的重视程度不够、医院感染管理执行制度和标准强化与完善度不足、人力资源不足是医院感染管理执行难的主要原因,同时结合工作经验,从加强医院感染管理相关的规章制度和标准建设,对现行检查体制进行优化,加强医院感染管理相关的科学研究和技术创新、建立科学的评估机制,建立科学规范的执行流程等8个方面提出了改进建议,以期为加强医院感染管理提供参考依据。The implementation of hospital infection management will have a direct impact on the effectiveness of hos‐pital infection management.Therefore,in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of hospital infection manage‐ment,it is necessary to enhance the execution ability of hospital infection management.This study found that insuffi‐cient attention to hospital infection management,inadequate strengthening and improvement of hospital infection man‐agement implementation systems and standards,and insufficient human resources are the main reasons for the diffi‐culty in implementing hospital infection management.At the same time,based on work experience,improvement sug‐gestions are proposed in eight aspects,including strengthening the construction of laws,regulations,and standards re‐lated to hospital infection management,optimizing the current inspection system,strengthening scientific research and technological innovation related to hospital infection management,establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism,and establishing a scientific and standardized execution process,in order to provide reference for strengthening hospital in‐fection management.
