摘　　要：本文阐述了当前医院病案管理现状,分析存在的问题及原因,从病案统计管理信息系统使用者的角度出发,阐述对医院完善病案质量管理的认识与思考,并就如何强化医院病案管理的质量控制效果提出对策建议,以期为医院病案管理质量优化提供参考。This paper expounds the current situation of hospital medical record management,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and expounds the understanding and thinking of improving the quality management of medical records in hospitals from the perspective of users of medical record statistical management information system,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the quality control effect of hospital medical re‐cord management,in order to provide reference for the quality optimization of hospital medical record management.
