摘　　要：随着高等教育的创新变革,承接创新知识溢出、产业定位准确的创新园区成为园区发展的重要趋势,然而相关研究还有所不足。基于高等教育创新下的产业园区特点,文章从产业定位、空间组织、设施环境三个方面搭建战略发展策略框架,包括突出高等教育导向的产业设计、面向创新产业多样化需求的空间定制,以及面向创新人群生活的品质化智慧化设施供给,并以海南黎安国际教育试验区二期规划策划为例,探索其具体应用。With innovations in higher education,industrial parks that capitalize on knowledge spillover and possess accurate industrial positioning have become a significant trend in park development;however,research in this area remains insufficient.Based on the characteristics of industrial parks under higher education innovation,this paper establishes a strategic development framework that encompasses industrial positioning,spatial organization,and facility environment.This framework includes higher education-oriented industrial design,spatial customization based on the diverse needs of innovative industries,and the provision of quality and intelligent facilities for innovative communities.This paper also explores the practical application of this framework through a case study of the second phase planning of Hainan Li'an International Education Pilot Zone.
