数字平台促进绍兴新个体经济发展的作用机理、溢出效应和重塑策略研究

摘　　要：文章深入探讨了数字平台在促进绍兴新个体经济发展中的作用机理、溢出效应和重塑策略。在数字化时代背景下,数字平台经济作为新兴经济形态,对区域经济发展起到了关键推动作用。文章首先分析了数字平台的特征、架构和参与成员,明确了新个体经济的内涵与类型,接着通过理论分析和实证研究,揭示了数字平台如何通过降低成本、突破时空约束来赋能新个体经济,并分析了其背后的影响机制。此外,文章还探讨了数字平台对新个体经济的空间溢出效应、知识溢出效应和政策溢出效应,以及潜在的风险溢出效应。最后,提出了数字平台对新个体经济的服务流程重塑、品牌重塑和资源重塑策略,以及构建支持政策体系的建议。本研究不仅为理解数字平台与新个体经济之间的关系提供了新的视角,而且为政策制定者提供了制定相关政策的科学依据,对促进新个体经济的健康发展、推动经济结构的优化升级具有重要的理论和实践意义。This paper deeply explores the mechanisms,spillover effects,and reshaping strategies of digital platforms in promoting the development of the new individual economy in Shaoxing.In the context of the digital era,the digital platform economy,as an emerging economic form,plays a key role in driving regional economic development.This paper first analyzes the characteristics,structures,and participants of digital platforms,clarifying the connotation and types of the new individual economy.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research,it reveals how digital platforms empower the new individual economy by reducing costs and breaking through time and space constraints,and analyzes the underlying impact mechanisms.Additionally,this paper discusses the spatial spillover effects,knowledge spillover effects,and policy spillover effects of digital platforms on the new individual economy,as well as potential risk spillover effects.Finally,it proposes strategies for digital platforms to reshape the service processes,brands,and resources of the new individual economy,along with suggestions for constructing a supportive policy system.This study not only provides a new perspective for understanding the relationship between digital platforms and the new individual economy but also offers a scientific basis for policymakers to formulate relevant policies,which has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the healthy development of the new individual economy and driving the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure.
