乡村振兴背景下的传统村落规划策略研究——以正宁罗川村为例

摘　　要：城乡融合和乡村振兴战略的实施,催化了传统村落振兴的需求。文章以正宁县罗川村为研究对象,研究乡村振兴背景下的传统村落规划,以期为传统村落保护与发展规划提出新思路。运用理论结合实证的方法,从国家治理、实施路径、发展动力三个方面,探讨了基于乡村振兴视角的村庄规划内涵,并对甘肃省正宁县罗川村进行实证研究。提出了基于目标导向的空间布局优化、基于经济视角的产业体系构建、基于生态视角的乡村环境营建、基于乡风视角的优秀文化弘扬等规划策略。乡村振兴背景下的村庄规划研究为传统村落生活、产业、生态、文化等功能的科学布局提供了空间实践的理论依据,并期待能够为同类村庄实施乡村振兴和开展村庄规划实践提供理论参考和科学建议。The implementation of the urban-rural integration and rural revitalization strategy has catalyzed the demand for the revitalization of traditional villages.Using Luochuan Village in Zhengning County as the research subject,this paper studies the planning of traditional villages in the context of rural revitalization and suggests new ideas for the protection and development planning of traditional villages.By combining theoretical and empirical methods,the paper explores the connotations of village planning from the rural revitalization perspective through three aspects:national governance,implementation paths,and development impetus.An empirical study is conducted on Luochuan Village in Zhengning County,Gansu Province.Planning strategies such as goal-oriented optimization of spatial layout,construction of the industrial system from an economic perspective,rural environment development from an ecological perspective,and promotion of excellent culture from the rural style perspective are proposed.The study on village planning in the context of rural revitalization provides a theoretical basis for spatial practice for the scientific layout of traditional village life,industry,ecology,culture,and other functions,and aims to offer theoretical references and scientific suggestions for similar villages to implement rural revitalization and carry out village planning practices.
