和美宜居乡村背景下泉州市乡村生活性闲置空间活化利用设计理念研究

摘　　要：建设宜居宜业和美乡村是党和国家全面推进乡村振兴战略的重要部署,为新时代乡村建设提出新的要求。文章以泉州市为例,首先从美丽乡村建设总目标中的“村容整洁”入手,指出乡村闲置空间的活化利用是“村容整洁”的抓手;其次把乡村闲置空间分为生态性、生产性和生活性三类;再次有的放矢地分析乡村生活性闲置空间的相关性问题与原因,探讨国家政策的导向作用以及相关案例对本课题的启发;最后提出活化利用设计的“营微见大”理念,以此为基础,深入探析乡村生活性闲置空间活化利用设计的“五化五好”模式,其中“五化”是措施,“五好”是目标。通过研究,旨在为和美乡村建设和地方乡村闲置空间活化利用提供借鉴和参考。The construction of harmonious and livable countryside is an important initiative by the Party and the State to comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy,setting new requirements for countryside development in the new era.Taking Quanzhou City as an example,this paper starts from the goal of"village cleanliness"in the overarching objectives of beautiful countryside construction,emphasizing that the revitalization and utilization of idle rural spaces serve as a key approach to achieving"village cleanliness."It categorizes rural idle spaces into three types:ecological,productive,and living.The study then specifically analyzes the issues and causes related to rural living idle spaces,while exploring the guiding role of national policies and drawing inspiration from relevant cases.Finally,the paper introduces the design concept of"operating micro and achieving macro"and delves into the"Five Modernizations and Five Goods"model for revitalizing and utilizing rural living idle spaces,where"Five Modernizations"represent strategies and"Five Goods"denote goals.This research aims to provide references for the construction of harmonious countryside and the revitalization of idle rural spaces in local areas.
