摘　　要：存量发展时代下,老旧小区广场空间的改造设计是城市更新的重要环节。文章从日常生活视角出发,以北京市西城区新华里社区广场为研究对象,通过分析空间现状症结,依托PSPL调研法,以定性与定量相结合的方式,围绕主体、活动和空间三个关键要素,探讨空间使用者的实际需求,并提出适应性、针对性、精细化的设计策略,旨在为我国老旧小区的广场空间改造方法提供设计依据。In the era of stock development,the spatial renovation design of squares in old residential communities is a crucial part of urban renewal.This study takes Xinhuali Community Square in Xicheng District,Beijing,as its research object and examines the challenges of the existing spatial layout.Using the Public Space and Public Life(PSPL)Survey,and combining qualitative and quantitative approaches,this study focuses on three key elements:users,activities,and spaces.It explores the actual needs of space users and proposes adaptive,targeted,and refined design strategies.The aim is to provide a practical design foundation for the renovation of public square spaces in old residential communities across China.
