摘　　要：本研究以威海梭鱼台酒店的设计实践为案例,从在地性与公共性两个维度出发,探讨项目如何锚固场地,塑造高品质的度假场所,回应多视角下的不同需求,同时释放场地公共性价值。酒店的特色公区作为城市公共空间的延伸,服务于城市公众,带动片区发展,为推动公共性价值在同类酒店设计中的融合发展提供有益参考。This study takes the design practice of Weihai Suoyutai Hotel as a case study to explore how the project anchors itself in the site,shapes a high-quality vacation destination from the perspectives of locality and publicness,responds to diverse needs from multiple perspectives,and unlocks the public value of the site.The hotel's distinctive public areas,as an extension of urban public space,serve the urban public,promote regional development,and provide valuable references for integrating public value into the design of similar hotels.
