摘　　要：集中照料空间是社区养老服务设施中社会力量参与最多、经济独立性最强的环节。文章深入剖析了其经济来源、发展趋势、入住率、床位数、收费标准、医养结合模式以及公共空间布局等因素的影响,提出了合理的床位数指标和收费标准建议,以及医养结合和公共空间设置的优化策略,旨在提高入住率,提升设计质量,从而构建出经济性和效能均优的集中照料空间。Concentrated care space is the most economically independent part of community elderly care service facilities where social forces participate the most.This paper deeply analyzes the impact of factors including economic sources,development trends,occupancy rates,bed numbers,fee standards,medical and elderly care integration,and public space layout.It proposes reasonable bed number indicators and fee standards,as well as optimization strategies for medical and elderly care integration and public space settings,aiming to improve occupancy rates and design quality,thereby constructing economically efficient and effective concentrated care spaces.
