摘　　要：城市公共空间不仅是人们日常活动的场所,还是展示地域文化特色与促进文化交流融合的重要平台,在城市文化生产与传播过程中扮演重要角色。新疆国际大巴扎作为民族风情一条街,承担着旅游商业场所、城市地标性建筑以及展示城市印象和民族风貌的功能,这不仅局限于建筑围合的物理空间,居民和游客也参与其中,形成了促进民族融合、增强民族认同感、夯实中华民族共同体意识的文化空间。王小东的设计实践为研究如何在特定地域背景下打造富有文化魅力与特色公共空间提供了丰富的素材与案例参考,有助于深入剖析文化导向下公共空间设计的策略与方法。文章以新疆国际大巴扎为例,围绕文化空间展开解析和评论,旨在为城市公共空间设计、塑造城市印象、传承中华优秀传统文化等方面提供经验借鉴。Urban public space is not only a place for people's daily activities but also an important platform for showcasing regional cultural characteristics and promoting cultural exchange and integration,playing a crucial role in the process of urban cultural production and dissemination.Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar,as an ethnic street,serves as a tourist commercial venue,a landmark building of the city,and a platform for presenting the city's image and ethnic features.This is not limited to the physical space enclosed by buildings;residents and tourists also participate,forming a cultural space that promotes ethnic integration,enhances ethnic identity,and consolidates the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community.Wang Xiaodong's design practice provides rich materials and case references for studying how to create public spaces with cultural charm and characteristics in specific regional contexts,which is conducive to in-depth analysis of the strategies and methods of public space design under cultural guidance.This article takes Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar as an example to analyze and comment on cultural spaces,aiming to provide experience and reference for urban public space design,shaping the city's image,and inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture.
