摘　　要：文章探讨了工业遗址改造为城市生活空间的策略与实践。研究首先分析了工业遗产的文化价值与空间价值,总结了存量空间设计策略。通过案例分析,提出了“空间插件”的改造手法,以解决重型工业设施改造中的问题。以澳大利亚阿尔托纳炼油厂为例,探讨了工业遗址改造为综合生活空间的具体设计方案。研究旨在保留工业记忆,改善周边居民的生活环境,为城市存量空间的活化提供借鉴。This paper discusses strategies and practices for transforming industrial heritage sites into urban living spaces.The study first analyzes the cultural and spatial value of industrial heritage and summarizes design strategies for stock spaces.Through case analysis,the"spatial plug-in"renovation method is proposed to address problems in the transformation of heavy industrial facilities.Taking the Altona Refinery in Australia as an example,the paper explores specific design schemes for transforming industrial sites into comprehensive living spaces.The research aims to preserve industrial memory,improve the living environment of surrounding residents,and provide reference for the activation of urban stock spaces.
