摘　　要：在文旅融合背景下,文章以建业电影小镇三期官渡水街项目为例,探析在地文化与文旅项目空间融合策略。该项目深度整合中牟历史文化资源,打造水+街、水+岛、水+场三大特色水空间,传承千年水文化;在景观设计中融入桥、亭、堤、渡等元素,打造牟州八景,营造独特的文化氛围;采用新宋风建筑风格,呈现地域特色建筑风貌。这些融合提升了项目文化内涵与游客体验,为当地文化传承推广开辟了新路径。In the context of cultural and tourism integration,this paper uses the Guandu Water Street Project in PhaseⅢof Jianye Film Town as a case study to explore the strategies for spatial integration of local culture and cultural tourism projects.The project cleverly incorporates the historical and cultural resources of Zhongmou,creating three distinctive water spaces:water+street,water+island,and water+field,thereby inheriting the millennium water culture.Elements such as bridges,pavilions,embankments,and ferries are integrated into the landscape design to form the Eight Scenic Spots of Mouzhou,creating a unique cultural atmosphere.The project adopts the New Song architectural style,showcasing the regional characteristic architectural aesthetics.These integrations enhance the cultural connotation and tourist experience of the project,opening up new pathways for the inheritance and promotion of local culture.
