国内外历史街区保护更新研究进展比较——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘　　要：文章运用文献计量方法,借助CiteSpace工具,对国内外历史街区保护与更新的研究进行了对比分析,重点从相关研究的演变过程和热点领域等角度,总结了两者之间的差异。研究结果表明:(1)国内在快速发展阶段的历史街区保护与更新研究发文量显著增长,而国外则呈现出波动发展特征;(2)国外研究热点主要集中在历史城区再生、历史街区保护结合城市更新、可持续发展三个方面,而国内则聚焦于历史街区保护更新、发达城市历史街区保护更新实践探索以及公众参与等议题;(3)国外的研究热点更偏向于社会、文化和环境层面,国内研究则多关注历史街区的物质空间。基于此,未来我国历史街区保护更新研究应更关注研究倾向的转变,尤其是社会公平、文旅开发和可持续发展的相关主题;应加强推进公众参与从理念层面向实践层面的实效性转变;利用多源数据支持,有效提升人们对街区空间环境及其内涵价值的认知体验。Utilizing bibliometric methods and CiteSpace tools,this study conducts a comparative analysis of research on the preservation and renewal of historic blocks both domestically and internationally,focusing on the evolution and key areas of research to summarize the differences between the two.The results indicate that:(1)In China,the number of publications on the preservation and renewal of historic blocks has increased significantly during periods of rapid development,whereas international research exhibits fluctuating patterns.(2)International research primarily concentrates on the regeneration of historic districts,the integration of historic district preservation with urban renewal,and sustainable development,while domestic research centers around the preservation and renewal of historic districts,practical exploration in developed cities,and public participation.(3)International studies emphasize social,cultural,and environmental aspects,whereas domestic studies often focus on the physical space of historic districts.Consequently,future research on the preservation and renewal of historic districts in China should increasingly consider shifts in research focus,particularly in areas related to social equity,cultural tourism development,and sustainable development.Efforts should be made to advance public participation from theoretical concepts to practical application.By leveraging multi-source data support,the study aims to enhance people's cognitive experience of the spatial environment of blocks and their intrinsic value.
