摘  要:在教师团队的定位与整合方面,高年级学生的课程需求更偏向于“双师”型教师——那些不仅具备理论知识,还拥有丰富实践经验的教师。这类教师在教学中能够对现行的建筑设计策略和规范有更深入的理解,帮助学生更直观地了解建筑市场。地方性应用型高校通过将建筑专题的多样性融入高年级建筑课程设计,能够根据市场需求和学生个人需求进行有针对性的培养。这样既满足了建筑行业的人才需求,又促进了建筑行业的可持续发展。In senior-level architecture courses,the positioning and integration of teaching teams are crucial.The preferred educator type is the"dual-competency"model,referring to instructors with both theoretical academic knowledge and extensive practical industrial experience.By integrating such educators into the teaching process,students can gain a more accurate understanding of current architectural design strategies and regulations,leading to a deeper appreciation of the architecture market.Application-oriented colleges and universities can further integrate a diverse range of architectural themes into senior-level architecture courses to provide targeted,market-driven education that caters to individual student's needs.This approach not only addresses the demands of the architecture market but also promotes sustainable development within the industry.
