摘　　要：随着我国标准化工作的不断深入,团体标准呈迅猛发展态势,引起了社会广泛关注,团体标准作为市场自主制定的标准,重要性和影响力也日益凸显。为了规范团体标准组织的高质量发展,出台了《团体标准组织综合绩效评价指标体系》。本文论述了团体标准对促进我国标准化实现高质量发展具有重要意义,梳理了团体标准发展现状、国家对团体标准发展出台的相关法律法规及政策文件、制度保障措施,分析了团体标准发展过程中存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出了相关的意见和建议。With the continuous deepening of standardization work in China,association standards have shown a rapid development trend,attracting widespread social attention.As standards independently developed by the market,the importance and influence of association standards have become increasingly prominent.In order to standardize the high-quality development of social standards organizations,the Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Indicator System for Social Standards Organizations has been issued.This paper discusses that association standards are of great significance to promote the high-quality development of standardization in China.It sorts out the current development status of association standards,as well as relevant laws,regulations,policy documents,and institutional safeguards issued by China for the development of association standards.The paper also analyzes the problems that exist in the development process of association standards and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions for the problems.
