摘　　要：新疆生产建设兵团在我国有着独特且重要的地位,其特殊体制既蕴含着发展优势也面临诸多挑战。本研究聚焦兵团特殊体制背景,深入分析当前兵团团体标准化建设管理的现状,剖析在社会团体组织建设、团体标准质量、人才队伍构建等方面存在的问题。在此基础上,探索强化团体标准建设管理的有效策略,旨在通过合理路径充分发挥标准化作用,助力兵团实现优质发展,进一步提升兵团综合竞争力、履行使命的能力,从完善与特殊体制相适应的标准化制度体系、发挥标准化专业机构优势、加大政策支持激励制度,提升标准化管理效率,为兵团高质量发展奠定基础。The Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps has a unique and important position in China.Its special system has development advantages and faces numerous challenges.This research focuses on the background of the special system of the Corps and conducts an in-depth analysis of the current status of the construction and management of association standardization within the Corps.It examines the problems existing in aspects such as the construction of social organizations,the quality of association standards,and the building of a talent team.On this basis,it explores effective strategies for strengthening the construction and management of association standards,aiming to give full play to the role of standardization through reasonable approaches,help the Corps achieve high-quality development,and further enhance the Corps’comprehensive competitiveness and the ability to fulfill its mission.It will lay a foundation for the high-quality development of the Corps by improving the standardized institutional system that is compatible with the special system,leveraging the advantages of professional standardization institutions,strengthening the policy support and incentive system,and improving the efficiency of standardized management.
