基于CVD金刚石领域班组管理标准化应用的思考和探索

摘　　要：针对CVD金刚石材料生产加工领域班组人员、设备、工时管理难以量化,存在班组设备和人员效能低的问题,本文应用QC问题分析工具、引入标准化管理思路,全面系统分析了影响因素,为研究CVD金刚石领域的班组管理提供了新的视角,为企业的标准化管理实践提供了理论与实证支持。结果表明,通过基础管理数据收集分析、流程管理标准化措施、科学设置管理指标等一系列班组管理标准化的建设改善,CVD设备、激光切割设备有效利用率、人均劳效提升明显,有效解决了现阶段CVD金刚石制备长期存在的设备、人员效能低的问题。Focusing on the difficulty in quantifying the management of team personnel,equipment,and working hour in the CVD diamond material production and processing sector,as well as the low efficiency of equipment and personnel within workshop teams,this paper uses QC problem analysis tools and introduces standardized management concepts to systematically analyze influencing factors.It provides a novel perspective for the research on team management in the CVD diamond field and offers theoretical and empirical support for enterprises’standardized management practices.The results demonstrate that through the implementation of standardized team management improvement measures—including collection and analysis of basic management data,standardization of process management measures,and scientific establishment of management indicators—significant enhancements have been achieved in the effective utilization rates of CVD equipment and laser cutting equipment,as well as notable improvements in labor efficiency per capita.These improvement measures have effectively resolved the long-standing issues of low equipment and personnel efficiency in current CVD diamond production.
