摘 要:非道路移动机械与机动车不同,它不能上路行驶。非道路移动机械排气污染是移动污染源的主要组成部分。青州市非道路移动机械保有量大,且数量在持续增长。抽测结果表明,青州市柴油非道路移动机械排放达标率为98.6%,总体情况尚可;达标率由高到低依次是国Ⅳ、国Ⅲ、国Ⅱ;禁高区内柴油叉车的达标情况好于禁高区外的。鉴于以上测试结果,要重点抓好国II及禁高区外的柴油非道路移动机械的管理工作。本文以青州市非道路移动机械污染防治现状为例,对青州市非道路移动机械污染防治现状及治理对策等方面进行深入分析,提出提升青州市管控水平的对策措施,为下一步青州市非道路移动机械监管工作提供参考。Non-road mobile machinery,unlike motor vehicles,cannot be driven on the road,and the non-road mobile machinery exhaust pollution is the main component of mobile source pollution.The number of non-road mobile machinery in Qingzhou city is large,and the number continues to grow.The results of spot check show that 98.6%of diesel non-road mobile machinery emissions meet the standard in Qingzhou city,and the overall situation is satisfactory.The compliance rate from high to low is vehicles of National-IV standards,National-III standards,and National-II standards,and the compliance rate of diesel forklift trucks in the forbidden area is better than that outside the forbidden area.Given the above results,it is necessary to focus on the management of diesel non-road mobile machinery of National-II standards and those outside the forbidden zone.The paper takes the pollution prevention status of non-road mobile machinery in Qingzhou city as an example,analyzes Qingzhou’s pollution prevention status and treatment countermeasures of non-road mobile machinery,puts forward measures to improve the level of Qingzhou’s management and control,and provides reference for the next supervision work of non-road mobile machinery.
