摘　　要：深圳市于2021年8月1日正式实施地方标准DB4403/T 176—2021《法人和其他组织统一社会信用代码管理和应用规范》,从数据元、数据管理和应用三个方面规范了深圳市统一代码的工作机制。本文对该标准的研制背景、主要内容和创新点进行解读,并对标准实施三年多以来的成效进行分析,以更好推动标准的持续改进。Shenzhen has officially implemented the local standard DB4403/T 176-2021,Management and application specification of the unified social credit identifier for legal entities and other organizations,on August 1,2021,which regulates the working mechanism of Shenzhen’s unified code from three aspects:data elements,data management,and application.This paper interprets the background,main contents,and innovation points of the standard,as well as the implementation effectiveness over the past three years,in order to better promote the continuous improvement of the standard.
