摘  要:实验旨在建立火焰原荧光光谱法测定土壤中六价铬的不确定度评定方法,真实反映测量的置信度和准确性。根据实验方法不确定度来源,对不确定度分量进行细分量化。然后通过计算出样品称量、浸提不确定度、标准曲线不确定度、重复测量不确定度等合成相对标准不确定度。实验发现应该特别关注样品的前处理过程、标准工作液的配制,并使待测样品的浓度落在曲线的中间位置,以提高检测准确性。在实验过程中也可以通过选用更为精准的天平,增加平行测试的次数来提高测量结果的准确性。The experiment aims to establish an uncertainty evaluation method for the determination of hexavalent chromium in soil by flame atomic fluorescence spectrometry,to truly reflect the confidence and accuracy of the measurement.In accordance with the sources of uncertainty in the experimental method,the uncertainty components were meticulously subdivided and quantified.The combined relative standard uncertainty was computed by taking into account the uncertainties of sample weighing,extraction,standard curve,and repeated measurement.The experiment indicated that particular attention should be paid to the pretreatment of samples and the preparation of the standard working solution.The concentration of the sample to be tested should be located in the middle of the curve,which can enhance the detection accuracy.During the experiment,the accuracy of the measurement results can also be improved by selecting a more precise balance and increasing the number of parallel tests.
