预制混凝土制品类标准中型式检验的表述方式探讨

摘　　要：预制混凝土制品相关标准中的型式检验都包含混凝土抗压强度指标,该指标有的以28天标养抗压强度统计,有的以混凝土构件的出厂强度统计。本文探讨不同混凝土制品标准中型式检验中混凝土抗压强度指标的评价方法异同并提出建议。建议有关标准修订时明确型式检验的混凝土抗压强度及其表述方式(包括28 d标养试件强度和出厂时同条件养护试件抗压强度结果),且抗压强度指标明确为“混凝土抗压强度合格率”。The type inspection for precast concrete products includes the compressive strength index,which is based on the 28-day standard curing strength or the ex-factory strength of the concrete components.This paper examines the similarities and differences in evaluating concrete compressive strength indicators of type inspections in various standards for concrete products,and offers suggestions.It is recommended to clarify the compressive strength of concrete and its reporting method for type inspection(including results of compressive strength of the 28-day standard cured specimens and the specimens cured under the same ex-factory conditions)when revising relevant standards.The compressive strength index should be defined as the“qualification rate of concrete compressive strength”.
