沥青基碳纤维导热系数测量不确定度的评定

摘  要:依据GB/T 22588-2008《闪光法测量热扩散系数或导热系数》,JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,测定了沥青基碳纤维导热系数的不确定度。分析得出不确定度的主要来源为样品的密度、样品的比热容、样品的热扩散系数、重复测试、检测仪器设备的示值误差以及数据修约等。最终确定某沥青基碳纤维导热为600 W/(m·K)时的不确定度为17 W/(m·K)。According to GB/T 22588-2008,Determination of thermal diffusivity or thermal conductivity by the flash method.and JJF 1059.1-2012,Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement,the uncertainty of thermal conductivity of pitch-based carbon fibers was measured.Through analysis,it was found that the main sources of uncertainty were sample density,specific heat capacity of the sample,thermal diffusivity of the sample,repeated tests,indication errors and data correction.Finally,the uncertainty of a pitch-based carbon fiber was determined to be 17 W/(m·K)when its thermal conductivity was 600 W/(m·K).
