摘  要:本文以GB/T 24276—2017为依据,提出了一种基于外壳尺寸和元器件功耗计算低压成套开关设备温升的算法。此算法原理是以外壳尺寸及外壳散热面积为依据,从而得到壳体内部空气温升。通过计算得到的预测温升数值,绘制温升曲线,并与实际温升曲线拟合。结果显示,拟合效果良好,进一步验证了温升预测算法的可行性。希望该算法对企业设计及试验站检测人员有所帮助,共同提高低压电器行业的质量水平和检验效率。According to GB/T 24276-2017,the paper puts forward an algorithm for calculating temperature rise of low-voltage switchgear assemblies based on shell sizes and component power consumption.The principle of this algorithm is to determine the internal air temperature rise of the shell,according to the sizes and the heat dissipation area of the shell,to obtain the temperature rise of the air inside the shell.The data obtained by calculation was used to calculate the predicted temperature rise and draw the temperature rise curve,fitting well with the actual temperature rise curve,which verified the feasibility of the algorithm for temperature rise prediction.The algorithm is expected to help enterprise design and test station inspectors,and improve the quality level and the inspection efficiency of high-voltage&low-voltage electrical appliance industry.
