补肾通利汤联合ESWL治疗上尿路结石湿热蕴结证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾通利汤联合体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗上尿路结石湿热蕴结证的临床疗效。方法本研究纳入了2023年度在安徽中医药大学附属滁州中西医结合医院受ESWL治疗的100例上尿路结石患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。两组均接受常规的术后处理,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用补肾通利汤,持续至术后14 d,并对两组患者治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗后,观察组尿痛、排尿异常、腰痛、尿频证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血肌酐、血尿素氮、C反应蛋白水平均降低,且观察组以上各项指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾通利汤联合ESWL治疗上尿路结石湿热蕴结证患者,可以改善症状,减轻术后相关并发症。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tongli decoction combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)in the treatment of damp-heat accumulation syndrome of upper urinary tract calculi.Methods This study included 100 patients with upper urinary tract calculi who were treated with ESWL in Chuzhou Integrated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine in 2023.They were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50).Both groups received routine postoperative treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Bushen Tongli decoction on the basis of routine treatment until 14 days after operation,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the symptoms scores of urine pain,abnormal urination,low back pain and frequent urination in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in the overall effective rate(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and C-reactive protein were decreased in both groups,and the above indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Tongli decoction combined with ESWL in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi patients,not only improve the clinical symptoms,and improve the cure rate,showing an excellent treatment effect,is a clinical treatment method worth popularizing.
