1+3+X中医特色护理模式联合激励理论导向下的舒适护理对慢性鼻窦炎术后患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的评估并验证1+3+X中医特色护理模式在慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜手术围手术期内的应用效果及其对患者康复的影响。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月在潍坊市中医院接受鼻内镜手术治疗的80例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将所有患者分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,而试验组则在常规护理的基础上实施1+3+X中医特色护理模式。对两组患者的鼻腔疼痛程度、舒适度、护理满意度等方面进行效果评估。结果干预前,两组的疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的疼痛评分随着术后时间推移均逐渐降低,且试验组在术后24 h、48 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的舒适度和护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜手术围手术期内实施1+3+X中医特色护理模式能减轻患者术后疼痛,改善鼻部症状,促进患者康复。这一护理模式具有较高的临床应用价值,值得临床应用。Objective The present study aims to evaluate and validate the application effects of the"1+3+X"traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing model in the perioperative period of nasal endoscopic surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis and its influence on patient rehabilitation.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic sinusitis who underwent nasal endoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study sample.Using a random number table method,patients were evenly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care during the perioperative period,the experimental group implemented a 1+3+X traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing model on the basis of routine nursing.The effects were assessed by comparing data between the two groups in terms of nasal pain intensity,comfort level,and nursing satisfaction.Results Before the intervention,the pain scores were different(P>0.05).After the intervention,the pain scores gradually decreased over time,and the test group was lower at 24 h and 48 h than the control group,which was significant(P<0.05).The comfort and nursing satisfaction scores were higher than the control group,significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through this study,implementing the‘1+3+X’TCM nursing model during the perioperative period of nasal endoscopic surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis can not only effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications but also significantly alleviate postoperative pain,improve nasal symptoms,and promote early patient recovery.This nursing model demonstrates high clinical application value and is worthy of promotion and application.
