摘 要:本文以某超高层住宅项目为例,通过分析建筑设计与机电工程在项目实际中的不协调案例,探讨两者之间存在的配合问题。采用实例分析方法对电力排管、消防控制中心、管道井道等典型问题进行深入剖析,并运用BIM技术等现代化手段进行优化。通过深化设计、加强专业间配合、采用新技术手段等措施,可有效解决建筑与机电工程的不协调问题,提高工程质量,降低施工成本。本研究对提升建筑设计与机电工程协同性具有一定的实践指导意义。This paper takes a super-high-rise residential project as an example to analyze the incoordination between architectural design and mechanical and electrical(M&E)engineering through case studies.It focuses on typical issues such as electrical conduit layout,fire control center design,and riser shaft arrangement,using BIM technology and other modern methods to optimize solutions.By enhancing detailed design,strengthening inter-disciplinary coordination,and adopting new technological approaches,the study aims to resolve incoordination issues between architecture and M&E engineering,improve project quality,and reduce construction costs.The findings provide practical guidance for enhancing the synergy between architectural design and M&E engineering.
