摘　　要：本文探讨了建筑工程施工现场安全管理与质量控制的整合策略,分析了两者之间的关系及其对工程项目成功的重要性。研究介绍了安全管理和质量控制的基本概念及现状。重点讨论了整合策略的具体实施,包括制度建设、人员培训、技术手段和管理流程的优化。最后提出了未来研究方向与实践建议,以促进建筑工程的安全与质量双提升。This paper explores the integrated strategies for safety management and quality control at construction sites in building engineering projects,analyzing the relationship between the two and their significance in the successful implementation of engineering projects.The study introduces the basic concepts and current status of safety management and quality control.It focuses on the specific implementation of integrated strategies,including system establishment,personnel training,technological means,and optimization of management processes.Finally,future research directions and practical recommendations are proposed to promote the dual enhancement of safety and quality in construction projects.
